Kickoff - Wednesday, April 9th 2025 in Santa Fe, NM prior to the RMTC Annual Meeting
*The kickoff and conference are great opportunities to meet and network with fellow GME professionals!

2025/26 Meetings - 1 hour meetings held monthly from April, 2025 – March, 2026
Tentative Dates: April 9, 2025 (in-person kickoff); April 15, 2025 (virtual kickoff); May 6, 2025; June 3, 2025; August 5, 2025; September 9, 2025; October 7, 2025; November 4, 2025; January 6, 2026; February 3, 2026; March TBD based on schedules (project presentations).

Participants are required to attend 8 of the 10 sessions to complete the program.

Tentative Sessions include presentations from experienced GME professionals on Leadership, GME Finances, Mentoring and Relationship Building, and more!

 Participants will meet with a mentor on a monthly basis to discuss the successes and challenges of their role and their Leadership Institute project.
