AIMES Alliance (American Indian Medical Education Strategies Alliance)
The mission of the AIMES Alliance is to advance American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) access to care, reduce physician shortages, and expand opportunities for training physicians to benefit communities by collaboratively advancing federal and Tribal solutions that expand graduate medical education in Tribal communities through communications, outreach, and policy development.
DHS(Wisconsin Department of Health Services)
The Department of Health Services (DHS) is one of the largest and most diverse state agencies in Wisconsin, with an annual budget of roughly $11.5 billion and more than 6,100 employees. MCW (Medical College of Wisconsin)

RMTC (The Rural Medical Training Collaborative)
The purpose of this organization is to sustain health professions education in rural places through mutual encouragement, peer learning, practice improvement, and the delivery of technical expertise, all in support of a quality rural workforce.
RRPD (Rural Residency Planning and Development)
The purpose of the U.S Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Rural Residency Planning and Development (RRPD) Program is to support the development of new rural residency programs in family medicine, internal medicine, and psychiatry to address the physician workforce shortages and challenges faced by rural communities.
RWHC (Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative)
RWHC has been providing affordable and effective services to healthcare organizations since 1979. RWHC is owned and operated by forty-three, rural acute, general medical-surgical hospitals. The Cooperative's emphasis on developing a collaborative network among both freestanding and system affiliated rural hospitals distinguishes it from alternative approaches.
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Veterans Health Administration
The Veterans Health Administration is America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,380 health care facilities, including 170 medical centers and 1,193 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics), serving 9.1 million enrolled Veterans each year.
WAFP (Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians)
WAFP’s mission is to promote excellence in health care and to improve the health of the people of Wisconsin through the advancement of the art and science of Family Medicine, the specialty of Family Medicine and the professional growth of Family Physicians.
WARM (Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine)
University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH) established the Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine (WARM) in 2007 to address physician shortages in rural areas by admitting students who intend to practice rural medicine. Medical students enrolled in the four-year program develop crucial skills through opportunities to learn in a rural setting. WARM ensures its students meet the same rigorous goals, objectives and competencies that the UWSMPH requires of all students while tailoring experiences to meet students' career interests.
WiNC (Wisconsin Northern & Central) GME Consortium
The WiNC (Wisconsin Northern & Central) GME Consortium is an ACGME accredited institutional sponsor established to sponsor residency programs and support physician education and workforce in the northern region of Wisconsin. It’s membership includes health systems, medical schools, residencies and other organizations all working together to provide high quality resident education in this largely underserved region.
WCMEW (Wisconsin Council on Medical Education & Workforce)
The Wisconsin Council on Medical Education and Workforce (WCMEW) is a non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization whose purpose is to facilitate strategies to ensure an adequate supply of health care providers to meet the needs of Wisconsin citizens today and into the future.

WRPRAP (WISCONSIN RURAL PHYSICIAN RESIDENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM)
Wisconsin Rural Physician Residency Assistance Program (WRPRAP) promotes collaboration among Wisconsin health systems, residency and fellowship programs and state agencies that aim to enhance rural graduate medical education (GME) and make rural Wisconsin a healthier place to live, work and play.
WORH (Wisconsin Office of Rural health)
The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health (WORH) was established in 1975 by the U.W. Center for Health Sciences Vice Chancellor Robert Cooke, M.D. The original mission of the Office was to address shortages of health services in rural Wisconsin by developing rural clinical sites, using University resources.
