Mark Duncan, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and a University of Washington Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

Carlyle H. Chan, MD, is a Professor and a Vice Chair in the Medical College of Wisconsin Psychiatry Department.
